These terms govern the use of this website and distance sales by Gold Flower Ltda, under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) and other applicable regulations.

2. Purpose of the site
This website presents the Gold Flower catalog of teas, herbal and fruit infusions, and its business services. Orders are completed through WhatsApp or the contact channels listed, where price, availability, payment and delivery are confirmed before the sale is finalized.
3. Products and prices
Prices, when published, are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Images are for reference. Availability is subject to stock. Gold Flower may update prices and catalog at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
4. Shipping
We ship throughout Colombia via courier companies. Cost and estimated delivery time are provided when the order is confirmed and may vary by destination.
5. Right of withdrawal
In distance sales, consumers may withdraw within five (5) business days of delivery, under article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, returning the product in the same condition received and covering return shipping costs. Withdrawal does not apply to the exceptions set by law, including perishable goods or those that by nature cannot be returned.
6. Warranty, returns and claims (PQRS)

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) is the competent consumer protection authority. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C.
