2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email and message content (contact form); email and record of consent (newsletter subscription); name, company and opinion (review form). Additionally, with your prior consent through the cookie notice, we collect anonymous browsing data via Google Analytics.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data exclusively to: answer your inquiries; send you the newsletter when you have expressly authorized it; publish reviews you have submitted, upon approval; analyze site usage to improve it; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Your rights as data subject
Under Law 1581 of 2012 you have the right to: know, update and rectify your data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed about how your data has been used; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke authorization and request deletion of your data when there is no legal duty to keep it; and access it free of charge.
5. How to exercise your rights
Write to goldflower.tech@gmail.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and the facts behind your request. Inquiries are answered within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as per articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012. To unsubscribe from the newsletter you can also use the link included in every email.
6. Processors and transfers
To operate this site we use technology providers that process data on our behalf with security measures in place: Vercel (hosting), Sanity (content management), Resend (email delivery) and Google Analytics (analytics, only with your consent). Some of these providers process data outside Colombia under adequate protection standards.
7. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
8. Validity and changes
